Hey everybody, in case you haven’t heard my good friend Dan Hartman is going in for heart surgery on April 16th to get a new heart valve. He is currently without health insurance and is putting on a benefit show to cover medical costs. The show is going to take place Tuesday April 1st, at 7pm at the Laselle Stewart Center in Corvallis. The building is located across from Reser Stadium on the NE side of the intersection at 26th and Western. There is a donation of $5 at the door and all proceeds will go to the Dan Hartman heart fund. We just recently were able to put this show together and therefore have limited time for advertisement. So please spread the word to all your friends and family and make sure you make it! Logan Martin, Nathan Christianson, and Dan himself will all be performing. So please spread the word and make sure to attend.

Going, going, gone

Baby Hair ------>
Ok, so Bray has had the best mow hawk hair since he has been born. However, it is really really fine, and hard to cut. So Monday we (josh, myself and Mackenzie) decided to try a buzz cut.....

----Before

---During

----After

He looks sooooo different!!! He is such a little boy now, not a baby!!! :(

Boys.....

Here are some random pictures that I thought were cute....

St. Patty's Day shirts....

Deagan decided he didn't want his Lightening McQueen stickers on his wall anymore, and had a helper to take them down.....

And then we finally got pictures of just the boys (Deagan, Brayden and Payton) together. It is quite an ordeal with Brayden not wanting to sit still.

Yesterday we went to a family Baby Shower for Mackenzie and Payton. This picture is of Deagan (4 1/2), Cullen (almost 5 in the back next to D), and Caleb (3 1/2 in the front)...they are all 2nd cousins....What a picture, I LOVE IT!!!

Happy Easter

I had to work Easter, but after work we went to Josh's parents house. It was a wonderful meal, and nice to be with family. Here are some of the pictures!

Ice Cream Anyone???

Deagan has found the new love of "making his own ice cream cones"

Needless to say, it is a little messy most of the time.

Finally Home

I am finally sitting down at the computer to write. I got home late last night from Portland. My friend Natasha and I went up to Portland to work at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in the Level 3 NICU for two 12 hour shifts...Monday and Tuesday. We left Sunday, after I got off work, and stayed at the Holiday Inn-Convention Center. It was a nice hotel, but we were barely there, so kind of a waste of money...we do get reimbursed :)

It was so amazing to work with such little babies, we don't ever see anything that small, or sick for that matter. I worked with 2 wonderful nurses, Sophie and Barb. They taught me so much in such a little amount of time. Although to them it wasn't busy at all, for Natasha and I it was a great learning experience; everything was so different, new and exciting!!!!

Josh was waiting up for me when I got home; I am sure he was relieved for me to come home, the boys are as busy as ever. And, he had done ALL of the laundry...I am sure that it was a task (thanks babe)!!! And, right before I left we FINALLY got a Wii, so we had a bowling match before bed, I won of course :)

Deagan has come upon the habit of slithering in bed with us in the middle of the night; but by the time I got home last night he was already there. Anyway, he seemed happy to see me, then fell fast asleep. This morning Bray woke up, and was off doing his own stuff.....don't think he missed me at all :(

Well, I have to get going; Bray is down for a nap, Deagan is at school until 1:00, and I have a work meeting at 1:30........

Wow, where did time go?

Wow, I have blogged in forever....what have we been up to??

*On the 20th of February, in the midst of my flu, I go Lasik eye surgery. It is AMAZING, right after my surgery I could read Josh's shirt, and the next day my vision was better than 20/20...and I was REALLY blind. The eye surgery didn't keep me out of work, it was the nasty flu.....

*On Saturday the 23 of February, my sister-in-law was admitted in the hospital for high blood pressure during her pregnancy....finally on the night of the 24th they started inducing her, and on the 25th, just before midnight my handsome nephew, Payton Marcus Lamm, was born. He was huge 9lbs 3 oz, Mackenzie did great. I got to be there the entire time, and I got to cut the umbilical cord because silly Ryan didn't want to. They are doing great after a few days in the hospital they are home and doing well!!

*Since then, we have just been working and working. Deagan wants to see Payton EVERYDAY, which is great, but they live in Albany, so we don't quite make it there daily. He is a very proud cousin!!

*Josh is at the Nike Football Clinic in Portland this weekend, he comes back on Sunday, as I am making my way up to Portland to do a 2 day orientation at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland for the NICU. So we won't see each other until late Tuesday night....sad!!!

*Brayden is talking SOOOO much now. He says a ton of words, is running around like a mad man. It is so amazing how quickly kids grow up!!!!

*I signed Deagan up for kindergarten the other day; I can't believe that he will be going off to school soon!!!!

Anyway, that was our month in a nutshell. I am sure that I forgot a ton, but that is the important stuff!!
